Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may cancel and refund any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error). Prices and availability can change without notice.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is for approved business accounts and may not be shared publicly. We may adjust pricing tiers, payment options, or account status at our discretion.
Product information
We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and ingredient details accurate, but packaging changes — always check the label on the product you receive, especially for allergens.
Returns and issues
Food items can't be returned, but damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — see Shipping & Returns.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealPoint Wholesale's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
