Shipping rates

• Retail orders: flat $6.99 shipping — FREE on orders over $50.
• Wholesale orders: rates quoted at checkout based on order size and destination; local delivery available in parts of Southeast Michigan.

Handling time

Orders ship from our Michigan warehouse, typically within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when your order is received.

Chocolate in warm weather

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During summer months we pack orders to minimize melt risk, but once a package is with the carrier, transit conditions are out of our hands — we recommend shipping to an address where someone can bring the package inside promptly.

Returns

Because we sell food products, we can't accept returns of edible items. But we stand behind every order:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you — your choice.
• Lost packages: if tracking shows your order never arrived, reach out and we'll make it right.
