No — retail customers can check out as guests with a card. Wholesale buyers need an approved account to see case pricing.
How much is shipping?
Flat $6.99 for retail orders, and FREE on orders over $50. Wholesale shipping is quoted at checkout based on order size and destination.
Is ChocoLake really only available here?
Online, yes — DealPoint is the only place to buy ChocoLake online. Stores that want to carry it on their shelves can stock it through our wholesale program.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Apply through the wholesale application — it takes about two minutes. Once approved you'll get a login with case pricing, volume tiers, and a dedicated sales rep.
What are your wholesale minimums?
Small — we built DealPoint so corner stores and small markets can buy like the big chains. Exact minimums show per product in the wholesale portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Retail orders: all major cards. Approved wholesale accounts can also pay by Zelle or check depending on their account settings.
Will my chocolate melt in the summer?
We pack to minimize melt risk and recommend shipping somewhere the package can come inside promptly. See Shipping & Returns for details.
An item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.
